We recommend making a backup before installing new modules. If you choose a custom placement, add {hook h='displayPpTopBar'} in your theme template. The final placement of the bar still depends on your theme structure and on how it handles standard PrestaShop hooks.

Yes. In the module panel, you can change the information bar’s background and text colours. Settings are selected using a colour picker, so basic alignment with the store’s visual identity does not require entering colour codes manually. The relevant settings are available in the Back Office.
The bar can be placed in displayBanner, displayNavFullWidth, or a custom theme location through a custom hook. For manual placement, call the displayPpTopBar hook in the template.
