1. Nature of the Products Offered
PrestaPremium.com sells digital products – software, modules and extensions delivered electronically (downloadable files / online access). Products are not supplied in physical form.
2. No Right of Return After Delivery
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, as implemented in Polish law under Article 38(13) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon commencement of performance.
By purchasing software from our shop, you:
- give your express consent for the order to be fulfilled immediately,
- acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the digital product has been made available to you.
Once the download file is made available or access to the software is activated, the contract is fully performed and no return is possible.
3. Exceptions – Technical Issues
Should you experience technical difficulties downloading a file, receive a corrupted archive, or encounter an error during licence activation, please contact us without delay so that the issue may be resolved.
We provide technical support covering:
- re-issuing the download file,
- verifying correct installation,
- licence activation.
Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund where the problem can be resolved through technical support.
4. Complaints
If a purchased product is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to submit a complaint. The complaint should include:
- order number,
- description of the issue,
- details of your environment (CMS version, PHP version, server).
Complaints are processed within 14 working days.
