Transparency and credibility are our top priorities. Learn how we collect, verify and display reviews and comments across our store.
All reviews displayed in our store originate exclusively from real customers and genuine site users. We do not purchase reviews, commission fake feedback, or remove critical comments as long as they are constructive and respectful.
1. Review types and collection methods
We offer two distinct ways for users to leave reviews and comments in our online shop:
7 days after your order is completed, we send an automated request to your email address asking you to rate the items purchased. As a token of appreciation for your time, we include an exclusive discount code for your next order.
Any registered customer who is logged into their account can also post a review or comment directly on individual product pages. This allows account holders to share their genuine user experience.
2. Verification and comment moderation
We maintain a high standard of discussion and strict impartiality. To ensure this, every submitted comment undergoes moderation before it is published on the website.
- What does the moderator check? We verify that comments are free from profanity, hate speech, promotional material, spam, external links and personal data.
- Do we publish negative reviews? Yes! Critical and negative reviews are published under the exact same criteria as positive feedback, provided they relate to the product and comply with our site guidelines. We never edit or alter the text of customer reviews.
- Verification timeframe: Moderation typically takes place within 24 to 48 business hours.
3. How are reviews displayed in our store?
The reviews collected by our system are presented in two main areas:

Product pages display ratings and feedback specific to that item, helping you make an informed decision about a particular model or variant.
⭐ In the summary store widget
In designated areas of our site, we feature a summary widget. It calculates the overall average rating for the entire store based on all submitted reviews and highlights recent or featured product feedback.
4. Calculation of average ratings
The average score (on a 1 to 5 star scale) displayed on product pages and within the store widget is calculated as an arithmetic mean of all approved and published ratings. We do not use weighting algorithms or artificially favour selected reviews.
